Georgia-Seraina Karakasilioti is a member of the Athens Bar Association, she was promoted to lawyer by the Supreme Court and the Council of State in 2017, she is a graduate (LL.B.) of the Law Department of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, with a Postgraduate Diploma of Specialization ( LL.M) in Public International Law from the same University.

 

In 2017 she obtained the professional training certificate of the Athens University of Economics and Business in Tax Law and in 2018 in the "General Data Protection Regulation".

 

In 2021, she received a training certificate in Bankruptcy Law from the KEDIVIM of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. During her undergraduate studies, she apprenticed in the office of the Athens notary Fotini Papakosta, gaining experience in the field of real estate sales, enforcement and all notarial acts (inheritances, wills, parental benefits, donations).

 

She practiced at the law firm "D. Papavasileiou & Associates" dealing with all areas of law (civil, commercial, criminal, administrative), in particular, with the legal handling of cases of local self-government organizations.

 

In 2008, she obtained her professional license and became active in the field of litigation and judicial practice, collaborating as an external partner with large law firms, including the office "Mina Kaounis & Associates".

 

In 2011 she established her own law firm, which has now established itself as a dynamic litigation and advisory law firm, having successfully handled cases across the spectrum of legal matters.
